気が利く人になりたいと、思った事はありませんか？
そもそも、気が利く人とはどんな人なのでしょうか？この質問に答えられる人は、きっと周囲に気の利く人がいるのでしょう。
気が利く人がいるだけで、職場の雰囲気が良くなるという意見もあるほど、気が利く人と言うのは必要とされています。
タイミングがいいのかもしれませんが、その人は、空気が読める以上の目を持っているのかもしれません。
そんな、気が利く人の特徴を７つ説明させていただきます。
気が利く人とは？を考えてみた
行動を先読みできる
空気を読める事も大切ですが、気が利く人と言うのは、行動の先読みが出来るのです。
気の利く人になる方法に、人の事を観察するというものがありますが、人の行動を観察するので、行動の先読みが出来るようになります。
人が次に、どういう行動に出るのか、何を求めているのかが、わかるようになるのです。
そこに、上手く手を差し伸べる事が出来るのが、気の利く人の行動力です。
相手の行動を理解していても、行動しないのは、ただ観察しているだけです。
聞き上手
人に気配りが出来る人は、聞き上手です。
人が、気持ち良く話せるタイミングで相槌を打ったり、返事をしたりする事が出来るのです。
人の話を良く聞く事で、他の人の情報も入ってきます。
入ってきた情報で、人間関係が円滑になるように行動する事も出来ます。
ですので、話したい事を話せる人と言うのも、気の利く人のカテゴリーに入ります。
興味のない内容を、延々と聞かされるのは苦痛でしょうが、情報は人間関係を作っていくのに必要です。
視野を広く持つためにも、話を聞く事は無駄にはなりません。
余裕がある
気が利く人は、人を助ける側ですので、人を助ける余裕をいつも持っています。
仕事や勉強に、追われていたりしません。周りを見るためには、余裕が必要です。
そのため、自分も余裕を持って行動しなければいけません。
気が利く以前に、自分を余裕のある状態に持っていかなくてはいけません。
人のために動く前に、自分のために行動しています。
自分のやるべき事が終わっていないのに、人を手伝う事なんて出来ません。
相手の立場で考える
気の利く人と言うのは、想像力があります。
ですので、相手の立場になって考えて、今、何を求めているかを考える事が出来るのです。
さりげなく行動が、出来るかがポイントです。
あまり人を助けていると、人が最初から何もせずに頼ってくるようになってしまう場合があるからです。
常に余裕があるように、行動が出来る、気が利く人でも限界はあります。
その余裕がある所に、付け込まれないように、さりげなく気配りをする。
それが、気の利いた人の傾向ですが、それが上手く出来ない人もいる事も事実です。
人を尊敬できる
嫌いな人にも、気を利かせる事が出来るでしょうか？
尊敬が出来る部分を見つける事が出来れば、気遣いも出来ます。
どんなに嫌っていても、同じ仕事を共同でやったりしないといけないような状況になったら、嫌いだからといっても通用するものではありません。
そういう時は、尊敬が出来る部分を見つけてください。
気が利く人は、人を良く見ているので、人の良い所を発見しやすいのです。
さらに、自分の尊敬が出来る部分、自信を持っている事がはっきりしている方が、人の尊敬が出来る部分も見つけやすいのです。
相手の、自分にはない部分を尊敬が出来るのです。
ちょっとした事に気づく
気が利く人は、色んなものの観察が得意ですので、人や環境のちょっとした変化にも気づくのです。
ですので、人からされた些細な親切を見逃しません。
すぐに気付いて、ありがとうございますと言えるのです。
些細な事でも、お礼を言われたりして、嫌な気持ちになる人はいません。
ですので、人間関係も良好なものを作り上げる事が出来るのです。
おせっかいはしない
気が利く人が、優しい人や頭のいい人と違うのは、的確に相手が求めている事と、相手に必要な事がわかる所です。
優しい人は、余計な事をしてしまったりしますし、頭のいい人は、人に劣等感を持たせてしまったりします。
相手の立場に立つという点が、この２つの人には足りないものです。
さらに、感謝されたいと思っていないので、おせっかいはしません。
本当に助けがいる時に、さりげなくサポートするのです。

困っている事に気づいても、さりげなく助けなければ意味がありません。

しかし、いきなりそんな勇気が身に付くでしょうか？
自分のさりげない行動が、周囲に嫌なものと取られないかと思って行動が出来ないだけで、観察力を持っている人は、いっぱいいると思います。
自分が行動した結果が、どうなるのか怖い人もいると思いますが、少しずつ行動していけば、その怖さもなくなっていくはずです。
今、気が利く人になっている人も、そうやって成長したのではないでしょうか。
